Summary
Basically makes my Mimicry spell more usable by increasing the duration, since no real RP is able to be done in 15 seconds.

Changes duration from base 15 seconds to base 40 seconds, cooldown is adjusted to be 60 seconds (reducible to a minimum of 50 with upgrading.) Duration increases with upgrades as well, with a maximum of 2 upgrades.
