This adds the subsystem for Devil Affairs, which keeps track of the Agents, the Devil, and the items purchased.
I've renamed much of it to Infernal Affairs because I liked the name when someone on the Forums pointed it out.
At this point I'm not sure if the bounty is worth keeping up because I've just been motivated all day to work on this, so I have been.
