I have zero idea why auxmos.dll is changed. Edit: My branch or something didn't get the update from #22763 for some reason. |

Document the changes in your pull request
The access for AI apps was changed to robot control by #22472. Notably, network admins don't have robot control, so they can't download them. This sets it to tcomms admin so they actually have access to the tools they are supposed to have.
