Replace the sprites for the original signs instead of creating a whole new subtype for no apparent reason

@alexkar598 The subtype is ALREADY merged into yogs by #6667. This PR is from folks asking they be implemented on the other yogs stations. From the convo on discord I can offer to close this PR and submit the changes in regards to the #5757 fix, but I will not be deleting sprites that could be in use on various other maps that I am unaware of. |

Sign Update
Updates in-rotation maps with Minsky Signs, see changelog for details. Additionally #5757 is corrected, providing signal technicians with access through engineering. You can view the signs in #6667.
