If anchored and expected to be used in that exact spot it won't accomplish heating the satellite adequately unless you force open the door indefinitely.

It's the same one as the one found in maints, not anchored.

You would only use this thing if you needed to. 90% of the time this would mean dragging it into the control room and leaving it on for the rest of the shift
