Local datetime rendering

Hi! When I print in a cell =NOW() in this cell a float number rendered. In will be nice if in this cell local datetime will be rendered like 2025-01-10 10:00:00. As I understand today cell format, style and type not supported ? I want only datetime rendering by now if large set of format is difficult to implement. Also it will be nice if I will be able to add keyboard shortcut to NOW() function like in libreoffice calc. The use case of that keyboard shortcut are daily journal and agenda.

Yeah, I haven't tackled formatting or styling yet. Not exactly sure when I will tackle that I have some other stuff I want to tackle first.

That said, if you feel like tackling it yourself I'm happy to review something.

it looks like the underlying Ironcalc doesn't format now output as a date or time. =TODAY() seems to work though. I'll try to dig into it and see if I can retrofit the formatting for now() as well.
