Abort the CCTX if the revert address can't be parsed correctly #3446

If the revert address is defined we must assume that the users can't recover the funds from the sender address or the sender address should not receive the funds
If the revert address is defined but can't be parsed, this means that there is nowhere to send the funds back on Bitcoin and the CCTX should enter the abort workflow
