Tensorflow update

Hi, we are currently on v 2.18, and this maps 2.9. Anyway to upgrade it? I've tried locally with the instructions, but it didn't work with latest versions of TF as a lot of files that have to be downloaded are reported as 404 from googleapis.

Hi, it is actually has been added to my to-do list. But as our tool needs to customize the TFLite source code to support the inference of the obfuscated model, I need to re-write many codes to detect the updated TFLite keywords and automatically generate the customized codes of DL operators (should be compatible with the latest format). It is not an easy job as a third-party developer especially since I have many other projects.
