In my project, some sequences (such as "NNNNNN", "GT") will cause a beforehand abortion for BPP. Hance, I have BPP to output (NNNNN, NA, NA, NA) when coming with these issues. While this modification is simply used to let the program goes on, an input sequence check function or other better change is in need.
