Support Haiku libc for cross compilation

Haiku is straightforward to build: https://www.haiku-os.org/guides/building

It should be pretty easy to provide libc in exactly the same way we do for e.g. glibc and FreeBSD.

However, this only makes sense to do once Haiku R1 is actually released. I have no idea when that might be.
