How to set task label in command line？

I found that the task_label was res-id[:-4], and it was impossible to distinguish it when there were multiple test results. So I would like to ask how to set the task_label through the command line. Just like setting task_label when initiating a test at the front end.

@LoveYou3000 currently, cli runs tasks without any task_label settings, and it will use the default task_label (random unique id)
