ZOPEN_STABLE_TAG is v$UTILLINUX_VERSION, so this change makes the build pull v2.42; could you double-check the upstream tag naming matches exactly and that any tooling expecting x.y.z version strings (previously 2.41.3) won’t choke on a two-component version?
