Improvement: Refactor config file

Currently, the [config](https://github.com/zpervan/plotingZ/blob/master/Plot/Common/src/config.h) file contains values which are not used anymore and are not located inside the appropriate namespace. Refactor the code accordingly to satisfy the above-mentioned requirements.
