Modify components related with New TXs tab.

We will group some changes required in several components required for new TXs Tab.

• Icon tooltip
• Text tooltip
• Loader support custom color
  - [ ] stepper custom icon, label color (canceled)
• Add Dot component

The Stepper component should be re-written. The current component is tied to the safe-creation logic (icons, colors, etc). I suggest we should create a new ticket and re-write the Stepper component (it will be a breaking change for the next version)
