Display abbreviated addresses as 0x1234…AbCd

Display all abbreviated addresses formatted as 0x1234…AbCd. Currently we show the abbreviated address as 0x12...AbCd or even 0x123456...AbCdeF.

This mainly affects:

• Connected wallet address in top-right corner
• Safelist sidebar
• Transaction list

@lukasschor in safe-components we are almost there to have the Address component (we just need a few hs of work). Perhaps it's a good idea to finish the Address component and use it to all the occurrences in safe-react. wdyt?

Yes makes sense. But we also have abbreviated addresses outside of the regular address components (tx details, connected wallet). At least for the connected wallet we should implement a quick fix, as this was requested there already a few times.

these are also addresses, the new component is highly configurable, so you can only render the "text" of an address.

I will also use this PR to replace all the places showing an Address using the new component from safe-react-component.

But this could potentially be quite some effort, no? If yes I would suggest to split it in two PRs:

• just adapt the abbreviation for the connected wallet
• implement the safe-react-component everywhere

This way we can merge and ship the most critival part earlier.
