Create safe: a mess in the safe's owners list if the owner from the middle of the list is deleted

There is a mess in the list of owners and it's not possible to continue safe creation without page reloading and starting the process from the beginning if the one owner from the middle or beginning of the list is deleted

Environment

• Browser: chrome
• Safe: create safe
• Wallet:
• App Version:
• Environment:
  • staging (rinkeby)

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to 'create a safe"
2. Enter safe name and go to the next step
3. Add a few owners
4. Delete the owner from the top of the list

Expected result

Only delete owner should disappear and the user should be able to continue the create safe process
