"Send again" option in tx details not working / not properly placed #1244
Description
Issue:
"Send again" is an option that should only be available for "outgoing tx", but is always grayed out
It should open the form with the same recipient, token and amount sent before
Also the option is in "incoming tx" and "modifiy settings" type of tx, the option should not apply for those types of transactions
If none of these are viable to fix, then we should hide the option all together until we can fix it
