"Send again" form closes on its own

Browser: Chrome Win10

Issue:
If you open the Send form form with the "Send again" feature (using the "..." in a outgoing tx) and wait for a bit the form will close on its own

Steps:
1 - Load a safe with outgoing tx's
2 - Open the details and click on the "..." icon and then "Send again"
3 - Leave it there for a few seconds and the form will close

Tried with New Transactions > Send forms and it doesn't happen with that one
Tried other forms and those also are working fine.

Adding context to this.

There's an unnecessary/undesired refresh in the expanded view of the transaction's row.

The modal is a child of the expanded view, so its display status gets lost along with all its data.

To confirm that the problem is caused by the entire ExpandedTx component state being refreshed, I just checked and #1474 is happening again.

@francovenica , the same happens with "Approve.." or "Reject..." dialogs in 20 -25 sec
