The changes in c773e89 brought a lot of inert/redundant CSS from Inkscape's default export. This commit cleans them up, and fixes the formatting of the remaining rules to be consistent with the rest of the file. These changes should produce no visible differences to the rendered page.

I would also like to propose removing this line: Line 20 in c773e89 since it makes the lines be a little too cramped, and the browser default gives a little more breathing room.
