- Relocate Exerciser tests e003 (PCIe I/O Coherency) and e007(Arrival Order) from BSA to SBSA execution path and metadata. - These rules PCI_IC_11 and PCI_IC_15 are conditional as part of BSA but are mandatory for SBSA as part of Rule S_PCIe_09 at Level 3 - Running this at Level 3 in SBSA - Update build files, test lists, and documentation to reflect this shift. - Fixes ARM-software#103 Signed-off-by: Sujana M <sujana.murali@arm.com> Change-Id: Ief1e8cab87317d6d2eacbd9835ffd2c46bd3b06b
