tested with my classic druid https://www.wowhead.com/classic/quest=2842/chief-engineer-scooty dont have any lock criteria in level 20, but rig wars https://www.wowhead.com/classic/quest=2841/rig-wars#comments:id=6256736 is locked if you have scooty quest in the quest log or completed and people in wowhead wondering why they can't get the quest |
