Also sorted specialist/propriety section and merged some general terms from this section into the main section, but not done yet. Remove and/or merge some duplicates (a couple remain) Add a couple of terms.
Also introduces a `"//"` comment field in `affixes.json` Remove `!` flag for swears, curses, and slurs. Make sure they have `6` flag.

Go ahead and review it. I'll do it bit by bit as I continue with dictionary curations. Looking up every word to do it right numbs the brain if I try to do too much at a time. |
…certain contractions not being derived. I wonder what the thinking is here. Many affix attributes are multipurpose, including `S` - is there logic that depends on contractions and possessives being distinct?
