Description
In both cases, talk-back reads fine if user manually presses on the view. Issue is observed only when pressing tab in a connected keyboard.
How Verified
Set altText to an Image.
Connect a keyboard via bluetooth to the device.
Press tab in the keyboard to navigate to the image.
It should focus the image and talk back should read it.
Do not set altText to a TextBlock,
Connect a keyboard via bluetooth to the device.
Press tab in the keyboard to navigate to the Text.
