This PR should not be merged until PR #156 has been merged into the
stagebranch. Then this PR needs to be updated to include that merge.Since that PR has the
fix()keyword in one of the commits, semantic release should automatically increase the patch version of BITBOX and publish a new version of bitbox-sdk on npm.
