Issue summary
PINT doesn't produce block again like #42 on my machine (OSX Big Sur 11.2.3), need a test for checking the finalization.
This test could be embedded into the program of e2e test #83 but it's more than the current e2e.
It produces blocks on my testing ubuntu machine
