Collapsed sidebar state has usability and visual issues

To Reproduce

1. Usability issue

It's not possible to reach all options once collapsed. The collapsed state has the last scrolled position and the rest becomes unreachable.

The version number is overflowing.

The time is glued to the container. Seems to be limited to the "Projects" view only.

Current vs. Expected behavior

1. The sidebar in collapsed state should also be scrollable
2. Version number should be shortened or hidden
3. Time and container should have some spacing between them

I didn't have the area listed that I needed here. There should be one related to possible usability issues. It would benefit the project since it's targeting enterprise.

Thanks for the detailed report! I looked into the codebase and can confirm what's causing these issues:

1. Scrolling issue: The SidebarContent component uses group-data-[collapsible=icon]:overflow-hidden which intentionally disables scrolling when collapsed. Fixing this would require changing it to allow overflow-auto in the collapsed state as well.

2. Version overflow: The collapsed version display lacks overflow handling—adding truncate or text-ellipsis classes would fix this.

3. Time spacing: The TimeBadge component would need additional margin/padding adjustments.

A similar overflow issue was recently fixed for the organization picker in PR #3701, so there's precedent for these kinds of fixes.
