Remove codacy badge

Now that we have replaced Codacy by pre-commit.ci in #2818, we no longer need the Codacy badge.

To be clear, this PR is just to remove the codacy badge or does this mean that all mentions of Codacy should be removed too?

They should have been removed in #2818 already, but I forgot one so removed that too in 735ea4e.
