Testing Reveaal service

There is only a single test for thereveaal_serviceimplementation but it is commented out and ignored.
We were unsuccessful using the only gRPC mocking tool we could find wiremock_grpc as it gives an error related to prost.
This needs to be fixed and the test should be finished.
