This adjusts the
default_timeslicemodel to usedispatch_production = "share", like all the other modelsPreviously it was using "costed", with no explanation given. I now see that this was necessary since the
supplyfunction used when using "share" didn't use the minimum service factor. However, this will be fixed by #368.To be honest I still don't really understand what
dispatch_productionis supposed to mean, and what the different options are/represent, but we may as well make this consistent across the example models to limit confusion
