Bug description

Just easy way to duplicate any items in inventory using EssentialsX command

Steps to reproduce

1. Give essentials.clearinventory permission for test player
2. Take 1 torch to inventory (using workbench for example)
3. Use /clear torch -2
4. It will be 3 torches in inventory for now

Expected behaviour

Display error about incorrect items or just remove all items in inventory

Actual behaviour

Items are duplicates

Problem isn't disappear with /clear torch -1 command, but occurs with /clear torch -2
