App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

1. Open the ND app
2. Sign into a valid Beta user
3. Go to a Workspace with more than 15 categories
4. Observe the search icon in the Category Search page for Workspaces

Expected Result:

User expects there to be a tooltip

Actual Result:

No tooltip is displayed
