[HOLD 65506] iOS/Android only - App shortcut not working in on 2nd use

Problem

We correctly deep link to the expense flows when using the App shortcut icons from the mobile home screens.

But we have a bug where if you remain on that expense flow and use the action a second time, it won't route you to a different expense type. It was noticed here (if you navigate back to the app LHN then it works).

• Long press app icon, select any expense type shortcut
• Land on expense flow
• Minimise app
• Long press app icon, select a different expense type shortcut
• App takes you to the initial selected expense flow

It's a minor issue but lets fix.
