App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.expensify.com
2. Open 1:1 DM with any user.
3. Submit an expense to the user.
4. Open the expense report.
5. Mention a different user and send the message.
6. Click Invite to submit expenses.

Expected Result:

Invite to submit expenses option should not be present when the report is IOU report.

Actual Result:

Invite to submit expenses option is present when the report is IOU report, which leads to failed action after selecting that option.
