Merge - "It´s not here" displayed when navigating to "Learn More" link on merge expenses

Device used: Motorola MotoG60 / Android 12 / Chrome ( mWeb / Hybrid app) - Windows 10 / Chrome
App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

Prerequisite: Account has at least one workspace.
Prerequisite 2: Account does not have any expense created yet.

1. Open the staging.new.expensify.com website.
2. Create a manual expense.
3. Open the just created expense.
4. Tap on "More" and select "Merge"
5. Note that a "No expenses elegible to merge" message is displayed.
6. Tap on the "Learn More" link.
7. Note that you land on a "Hmm, it´s not here" page.

Expected Result:

When tapping on "Learn More" while merging expenses, the user should land on a new page with information about elegible expenses to merge.

Actual Result:

"It´s not here" message appears when navigating to the "Learn More" link while merging expenses.
