App Component: Other

Action Performed:

1. Launch Expensify app.
2. Log out if logged in.
3. Scroll down to the bottom.
4. Change app language to any language other than English and Spanish.
5. Kill the app.
6. Relaunch the app.
7. Scroll down to the bottom.
8. Note that language picker shows that English is picked when app language is the language selected in Step 4.
9. Kill the app.
10. Relaunch the app.
11. Now app language resets to English.

Expected Result:

In Step 8, language picker should show the selected language after killing and relaunching app.
In Step 11, app language should preserve after killing and relaunching app for the second time.

Actual Result:

In Step 8, language picker shows that the selected language is English when app language is not English.
In Step 11, app language resets to English after killing and relaunching app for the second time.
