App Component: Money Requests

Action Performed:

Pre-condition: Have a IOU report with 2 expenses

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/home
2. Create 2 workspaces
3. In one workspace, create a direct feed and assign a card to have imported card transactions in workspace chat
4. Open WS chat with card transactions and change to another workspace
5. Delete that report
6. Open the IOU report
7. Tap more - add Unreported expense
8. Select and add a card expense

Expected Result:

Card expense moved to IOU must not show unexpected error.

Actual Result:

Card expense moved to IOU shows unexpected error.
