Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Account is past trial period.
• Account has workspace with at least an expense.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to workspace chat with expense.
3. Create + > Create report.
   → Paywall opens.
4. Open the transaction thread,
5. Click Report.
6. Click Create report.

Expected Result:

Paywall will be displayed.

Actual Result:

Paywall is not shown when creating a new report from Create report button.
As a result, user can create a new report.
