Action Performed:

Precondition:

• Account has self DM.

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Go to self DM.
3. Create an expense with negative amount > choose Nothing for now in whisper message
4. Go to other chat and send a message.
5. Go to Account > Troubleshoot > Clear cache and restart > Reset and refresh.
6. Go to Inbox.
7. Open self DM.

Expected Result:

In Step 6, after reset app, self DM preview on LHN will show the amount with negative sign.

Actual Result:

In Step 6, after reset app, self DM preview on LHN shows the amount with bracket instead of negative sign.
In Step 7, after opening self DM, it shows the amount with negative sign.
