"Letter" image quality is very low for Profile Avatar picture

Device used: Macbook Pro 2023 / Sequoia 15.2
App Component: Other

Action Performed:

1. Open the ND app
2. Sign into a expensifail account
3. Go to profile picture > select a "letter" picture > Click on "Save"
4. Zoom in on the "Letter" profile picture & Observe the quality of the image
5. Go to a Workspace that has a "Letter" avatar as well & Observe the quality of the image

Expected Result:

Quality should be clean like in the WS avatar image

Actual Result:

The "letter" image for the Profile picture is blurry/fuzzy, noticeably lower quality when compared to the WS image.

Definitely looks like it's a by product of the images we're creating as part of the new avatar stuff. Tagging @grgia too since she's shepherding that!

Yup, this is going be addressed in #73221 (comment) bu refactor of isDefaultAvatar
