App Component: Workspace Settings

Action Performed:

Preconditions:

• User is an admin of a workspace with rules enabled.
• Merchant rule is set in the WS for expenses with 'Starbucks' and applies updates to category 'Advertising'

1. Go to https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Create an expense in the WS, set the merchant as 'Starbucks'.
3. Navigate to Workspaces > [Current workspace] > Rules
4. Scroll down to Merchant feature, then click on 'if merchant containts "Starbucks"'
5. Press Ctrl + D, toggle on Force offline

Expected Result:

Preview matches should correctly display cached data.

Actual Result:

Preview matches do not display cached data.
