Action Performed:

1. Using Chrome, open URL staging.new.expensify.com
2. Navigate to (+) button icon using Tab key and press Enter to select it.
3. Navigate and select new group using Enter & Tab key.
4. New group page is appearing.
5. Observe the Visual label is provided for search text field.

Expected Result:

Search text field must have visible labels so that their purpose should be clear to the user.

Actual Result:

Search text field doesn't have a visible label. The purpose of the Search text field may not be clear to some users.

Same issue repro on all places where search editable text boxes are available like - Invite New Member etc.
