fix disabled cursor

Details

The cursor was disabled for every member in workspace members page, this PR fixes it. Now the cursor will be only disabled when user hovers above the member which can't be removed

Tests

1. Go to setting > Workspace > Manage members
2. Invite few members(if you haven't)
3. Hover over members.
4. Verify that cursor is only disabled when you hover over the admin (member that can't be removed)
