Action Performed:

1. Open https://staging.new.expensify.com/
2. Click FAB > Track distance
3. Click on 'Odometer' tab
4. Click on 'Start reading' thumbnail
5. Upload an image
6. Click on 'End reading' thumbnail
7. Reload the page
8. Upload an image
9. Click on 'Start reading' thumbnail

Expected Result:

At step 8 and step 9, 'Start reading' thumbnail is still displayed

Actual Result:

At step 8 and step 9, 'Start reading' thumbnail is not displayed.
At step 9, page loads infinitely

It's an issue we are aware of - odometer is hidden behind a beta and we didn't yet implement loss-detection i.e. verification whether the blob URL  is valid and points to an actual image (just like IOURequestStepScan).
