Action Performed:

  1. Launch Expensify app in landscape mode.
  2. Log in with account that has no expenses (no account).
  3. Go to Reports > Expenses.
  4. Scroll down the empty state.

Expected Result:

Empty state should occupy larger viewport when scrolled down.

Actual Result:

Empty state only occupies about 1/3 of the screen when scrolled down in landscape mode.
