Add link to latest APK/TestFlight somewhere

Not sure where to put this -- maybe in some faux user profile menu? But let's make it real easy to access the mobile app.

Trying to figure out where to place the latest APK..

1. Google rejected our app because they think we are infringing on Expensify's copyrights as I submitted it from a personal email/account. I will resubmit without our logo and see if this works, but it could take a few days to hear back.

2. We could use GitHub releases (e.g. https://github.com/AndrewGable/ReactNativeChat/releases/latest/download/app-release.apk), but that would require everyone to have access to this repo (branch).

3. We could just throw it on s3, where we host the site (fastlane plugin).

Sounds like we got some buy in to using s3. I can quickly look into it.
