fix image styles in article pages

We published the The Free Plan article but noticed we didn't have the correct configuration for images. cc @johncschuster

Tests

Pre-requisites (only in dev):

In order to run the site locally you would need ruby and bundler installed in your machine, more info here.

Then just execute the following commands in your command-line:

cd docs
bundle install
bundle exec jekyll serve

And open http://localhost:4000/ in the browser.

Steps:

1. Navigate to The Free Plan article (http://localhost:4000/articles/send-money/The-Free-Plan in dev, https://help.expensify.com/articles/send-money/The-Free-Plan in production)
2. Verify the images are displayed correctly in all screen sizes.

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

QA Steps

Follow the steps from the Test section (This can only be tested on production, there's no staging server for the Expensify Help).
