• If any new file was added I verified that:
  • The file has a description of what it does and/or why is needed at the top of the file if the code is not self explanatory
• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist
  • The style can't be created with an existing StyleUtils function (i.e. StyleUtils.getBackgroundAndBorderStyle(themeColors.componentBG))

I think no because we just added specifying required values for PressableWithFeedback and defining that OptionRowLHN will always be a button and have the label optionItem.text

@MonilBhavsar I changed the blue border style that appears when the user wants to focus a specific element using a keyboard by pressing the tab button. Now the style for it is the same as the hover style. The change is similar to the one in #19612. Let me know what do you think about it

The new main has a similar change to the one in this PR, but it changes TouchableOpacity to PressableWithSecondaryInteraction. I think we can wait for #20251 and then fix the blue border bugs
