Fix: Mention is selected as anchor tag

Details

Mention is being selected as anchor tag, thus it's parsed as hyperlink markdown when we paste it in the composer. This PR fixes that. This is a regression from #20447.

Tests

1. Login with any account
2. Go to any chat
3. Send a message with both mention and text
4. Select the posted comment and press CTRL + C to copy it
5. Paste in the composer
6. Verify that the mention is pasted as plain text (i.e. not hyperlink markdown)
7. Right click the message and select Copy to clipboard
8. Verify that the mention is pasted as plain text (i.e. not hyperlink markdown)

• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist
