Details

Adds autoScrollToTopThreshold, which in an inverted list is basically autoScrollToBottom.

Tests / QA Steps

1. Sign into account A
2. Upload an attachment
3. Verify that when the attachment finished uploading, the list scrolls to the bottom and you can see the full attachment without having to manually scroll.
4. Sign into account B on another device
5. Request money from B to A
6. As A, mark the IOU as paid elsewhere
7. Verify that you do not see a blank space at the bottom of the list.

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console
