Related PR: Expensify/react-fast-pdf#12. The PR connects react-fast-pdf to the Expensify app. It does not include any new features or new UI/UX, everything should work as it is. The idea is to use our own library for previewing pdf on the web and desktop.

2. Open any chat.
3. Click on "+" (actions) to the left of Composer.
4. Click on "Add attachment".
5. Select the pdf file.
6. Verify that "Send attachment" modal previews the file correctly.
7. Click on "Send".
8. Click on the attachment you just sent.
9. Verify that "Attachment" modal previews the file correctly.
